What is AUTO CAD?
When we make a drawing by putting a drawing sheet on our drafting table, we need tools like pencil, rubber, etc. Similarly, if a drawing is made on the computer, a program is required, one such program is auto cad. We also call it software.
The auto cad is designed keeping in mind the requirements of various types of engineering drawings. Through this, we can make all types of shapes like lines, circles, elipse, polygons etc. Orthographic or isometric projections (imprint) of objects can also be made by auto cad. The drawing already made by this can be amended to make the drawing again.
There are many versions of auto cad, any version can be used according to your needs. Such as: - ACAD-10, ACAD-11, ACAD-12, ACAD-2002, ACAD-2007 etc.
We mostly use it to make 2D and 3D drawings.
